What we collect
- Your name and contact details, kept in our private club records.
- Photos and video recorded at our sessions, including on court.
- Coaching notes about your games.
Our footage
All photos and video recorded at Chilli Badminton sessions, including on court, are owned by Chilli Badminton. We use them to coach you, to review your games, and to promote the club.
How we use it
- To give you coaching feedback and match reviews.
- Our coaches use our own app, Chilli Tagger, to tag match videos and upload them to the Chilli Badminton YouTube channel as “Unlisted”, so only people with the link can watch them. We link each video to the players in it in our private club records.
YouTube
Chilli Tagger uses YouTube API Services to upload our match videos. By watching or using these videos you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s Privacy Policy explains how Google handles data.
Chilli Tagger only uploads videos to our own channel. It doesn’t read, change or delete anything else on YouTube, and its sign-in is kept only on our coaches’ computers. If you ever signed in to Chilli Tagger with a Google account, you can remove its access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Sharing
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the club, such as Google/YouTube and our website host.
Keeping it safe
We keep our records private, and only our coaches can see them. We keep information only as long as we need it for coaching and running the club.
Your choices
Email ask@chillibadminton.com to see, correct or delete your details, or to ask about a video of you.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
